Responsible for management of different accounts for Recruitment and ensures that sourcing and recruitment needs of both internal and external clients are fulfilled properly and timely. responsible to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure that the organization has the right talent at the right time and at right cost. Talent Market Study – ensures that the organization is equipped with accurate information on the relevant talent markets which will allow us to make intelligent decisions and viable recommendations on talent availability Design, implement, and continuously enhance the process which applicants are assessed for respective roles; endure that the right tools and techniques are being used to measure require competencies.
