Responsibilities
- Source for candidates and manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from posting of jobs, interview scheduling, evaluating candidates, conducting reference checks, arranging for medical check-up, and preparing job offers.
- Conduct initial interviews, review applications, endorse candidates to respective department managers, facilitate job offers, and gather pre-employment requirements of hired candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
- Manage and update recruitment records and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Participate in various recruitment activities such as collaborating with universities.
