Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HRDM, Psychology or any related program
- With experience in education or training institutions
- Computer literate, particularly in MS Office applications
- Fresh graduates are accepted
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform the recruitment and selection processes.
- Endorse or decline applicants based on the submitted qualifying requirements, interview, and personality exam.
- Ensure that all initial and secondary requirements are submitted on time.
- Conducts initial orientation on newly hired employees.
- Monitor manpower requisition forms and ensure that positions are filled within reasonable time.
- Ensure that all qualifications, contracts, appointment letters are readily available and updated.
