Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, HR support, or shared services roles.
- Must have an experience with US recruitment.
- Proven success managing end‑to‑end recruiting logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across business units and time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate roadblocks, proactively solve problems, and ensure process continuity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and shared services teams.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Paylocity or similar preferred.
