You’ll help Seismic build a diverse and inclusive culture while creating a world-class candidate and manager experience. This is a contract position with performance reviews every 6 months.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within fast‑paced, high‑growth industries (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, E‑commerce, or professional services).
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex, high‑volume requisitions across corporate functions – such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, etc. – with a deep understanding of market talent mapping and compensation benchmarking.
