You'll be at the centre of a fast-moving, people-first organisation with around 1,000 employees, partnering closely with leaders to attract, assess, and secure the right talent across diverse roles.
Requirements:
•3–5 years' experience in in-house recruitment or agency recruitment (high-volume exposure essential)
•Proven ability to recruit across multiple roles and departments simultaneously
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
