Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried, hourly, and student roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and assessments. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies (social media, community marketing, partnerships) and maintain an applicant tracking system (preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud).Student Recruitment: Collaborate with post-secondary institutions for co-op, summer, and intern roles.
