The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group’s tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
To support this growth, the company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands‑on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group’s geographies.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineering.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to scope openings, align on profiles, and steer the selection process.
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, employee referrals and direct approach.
