Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Location: Martinez, Buenos Aires (temporary, 1 year)
Responsibilities
- Implement evaluation strategies by collaborating with the Local HR and external vendor.
- Ensure interview materials are confirmed in advance for a fair evaluation process; train interview panel for consistency.
- Collaborate with team members assisting Global TA to ensure seamless process execution for Talent Acquisition.
- Solve issues and provide solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change.
- Collaborate across Global TA to ensure recruitment process compliance with philosophy and policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures, including HR data integrity and adherence to government regulations.
