We are expanding how we source talent and are looking for a Talent Acquisition -Sourcing Specialist who hunts for exceptional people, builds genuine relationships with them, and brings them to BIS rather than waiting for them to apply.
About the role:
This is a headhunter-style sourcing role. You will spend your days finding top-tier talent , reaching out cold and warm, having coffees and conversations, and building a pipeline of people we would love to hire —often well before a role even opens. The proof of your work is real hires: candidates who join BIS because you found them and kept them engaged.
