About the Role


You will
be joining a large matrix insurancepany who are currently going on a growth
journey. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading end ‑ to ‑ end
hiring strategies and bringing market intelligence to support decision ‑ making.
You will manage full ‑ cycle recruitment, elevate the candidate experience,
and help build a scalable, inclusive, and insight ‑ led talent function.

Salary - 55k

Bonus - OTE 10%

5,500 pension contribution

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead end ‑ to ‑ end hiring strategies for assigned business areas, consulting senior stakeholders on talent needs, market conditions, and future workforce planning.
