Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-Roll & Off-Roll Sales)

Reports to: Manager – Human Resources
Role Objective:
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Recruiter to lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process for our Sales vertical. This role is unique as it requires the ability to switch between hiring high-level On-Roll corporate sales professionals and managing the high-volume, fast-paced requirements for Off-Roll/Field sales staff . The ideal candidate will be a ‘headhunter‘ by nature, capable of managing the full recruitment funnel under tight deadlines.
