- Collaborate with SG based consultants to understand clients staffing needs
- Source candidates through various job portals (active and passive sourcing)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain talent pipelines
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Foster candidate relationships and ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
