Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.
- Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely updates and smooth recruitment operations.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- atleast 6 months experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Willing to work onsite in Parañaque
