A Day in the Life
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the operational and analytical force behind our recruitment process. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Head, you will ensure a seamless, data-driven journey for every candidate, from sourcing to onboarding. You will be a key partner for our Talent Acquisition Managers, driving speed, accuracy, and a premium candidate experience.
- Drive Sourcing Excellence: You’ll partner with TA Managers to understand role specifics, craft compelling job ads, and use advanced techniques to identify and engage top-tier active and passive talent.
