Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process for multiple roles across various departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with talent acquisition strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring that hiring timelines and goals are met.
