Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
- Develop and execute recruitment plans based on the company's business needs.
Local Channel Management
- Develop and maintain local recruitment channels in Mexico.
- Build a talent pool with a focus on the manufacturing, chemical, and new materials industries.
Interviewing & Assessment
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' professional skills, language ability, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with business departments to coordinate second-round and technical assessments.
Onboarding Support
- Assist new hires with onboarding procedures, including contract signing, IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) registration, and background checks.
Recruitment Data & Reporting
