Description We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background supporting high-volume manufacturing and warehouse environments, specifically within aerospace or industrial production settings. This role will primarily focus on recruiting skilled manufacturing professionals including Machine Operators, NDT Technicians (Non-Destructive Testing/X-Ray Inspection), production associates, and additional warehouse personnel involved in the manufacturing of airplane engine components. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers, operations leadership, and employees in a fast-paced production environment. This role will also support onboarding, employee relations, benefits communication, and general HR functions as needed.
