Overview
Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce. The role sits within the Talent Acquisition team; approximately 50% of the time supports hiring across Kroll, and 50% focuses on scaling hiring across North America. You will partner closely with hiring leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
Day to Day
- Recruitment (85%)
- Engage talent and lead the candidate experience through the full hiring process.
- Build strategic relationships with hiring teams and craft an outstanding candidate experience.
- Source high‑quality candidates using networking, events, headhunting, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.
- Lead inclusive candidate searches and champion diversity and inclusion.
- Provide a consistent experience with the Resolver recruiting team.
- Participate with the global recruiting team to develop, implement, and execute recruiting strategies.
