Innovation in Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles through market mapping, talent communities, and proactive engagement. Drive employer branding initiatives by representing WuXi Biologics at industry events, university collaborations, and digital campaigns (social media, targeted outreach). Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity ratios) to stakeholders, using insights to improve strategies.
