We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our global recruiting operations and ensure a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You'll help us keep our global hiring engine running smoothly through solid coordination, data accuracy, and great communication.
What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline status, time-to-fill, recruiter workload, and sourcing performance).
Ensure data quality and compliance in Workday, acting as a go-to point for system updates, offers, and troubleshooting.
Support global sourcing projects, building candidate lists and talent maps for priority roles.
Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a top candidate experience.
