About the Role
We’re looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Manager to build and scale our Operations teams across the lending lifecycle — from onboarding to collections. This role combines high-volume hiring + niche ops hiring in a fast-growing fintech environment.
Responsibilities:

- Customer Experience (CX): Support Executives (Chat/Voice/Email), Team Leads, QA
- KYC & Onboarding Ops: KYC Executives, VKYC Specialists, Fraud/Risk Analysts
- Loan Ops: Processing & Disbursal Executives
- Collections: In-house callers, Field Agents, Team Leads, Vendor Managers
