What you will do:
- Lead a team of business recruiters.
- Responsible for delivering the hiring OKRs for all functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Customer Care and Community, Tech) through strategy and work plans.
- Keep the deadlines for hiring and ensure the hiring of first-class specialists to Impress.
- Recruit for executive level positions.
- Supply solutions to real-time blockers and challenges for the team.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, interviewers, C-level).
- Grow and develop team members and manage the performance evolution and increase their impact.
- Take the business recruitment team to the next level by implementing best practices, innovating, automating and improving processes.
