We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our corporate HR team. In this role, you will be the primary engine driving our recruitment lifecycle across retail locations. You will act as a vital link between candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, ensuring a seamless candidate experience that aligns with Btrust Supermarket’s commitment to excellence.
Major Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews across multiple store locations.
- Maintain and update candidate records & onboarding docs in our tracking systems to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Act as a liaison between department heads and external associations in candidate sourcing.
