Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Track recruitment metrics and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
