Your New Role
As a leader in Talent Management & Learning, you will need to:

Develop internal talent using performance evaluation, succession planning processes

Identifying talent needs to ensure efficient recruitment to provide resourceful training and development for the employees.

Design talent management framework, and processes to improve the depth and diverseness of leadership talent

Develop competency management initiatives

Oversee talent acquisition recruiting operations and related processes driving streamlined processes across different divisions

Coordinate mid-to-senior level staff recruitment, confirmation, placement and separation activities
