The Role: Talent Attraction Partner (RPO)
We are looking for Talent Attraction Partner who will handle the end to end recruitment lifecycle while leveraging data and talent insights to forecast staffing requirements, identify market trends, and advise Hiring Managers on optimal hiring strategies.
What will you do?
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers—for both specialized positions and high‑volume hiring needs, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality candidate experience
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, diversity indicators) and deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations to hiring leaders/managers to improve hiring effectiveness and decision‑making.
