Wise is looking for a strategic and innovative Talent Development Lead to guide our talent initiatives across APAC and shape the future of Wise. In this role, you will create and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that ensures the right skills are available at the right time across our hubs in Singapore and Hyderabad.
You will foster a culture of continuous learning, working closely with senior leaders and global teams to provide high-impact development opportunities that enhance capabilities, boost performance, and support career progression.
You will oversee leadership development, new‑hire onboarding, and other key programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, measuring the impact of training, managing budgets, and collaborating with external providers to deliver effective and engaging learning solutions. This role is based in our Singapore office.
