As a talent-first agency, we want to make sure that as we continue to grow, our talent managers’ rosters remain small so that our creators are provided with best-in-class service to support their careers.
As a Talent Director (Sports), you’ll be responsible for building and developing your own roster of talent, helping to lead the sports division and supporting the growth and evolution of the team and business. You will mentor and manage a team of more junior Talent Managers.
The role reports to the Managing Director.
