Job Description
The Talent Engagement Specialist, reporting to the Talent Engagement and Compliance Supervisor, is responsible for cultivating and maintaining a premier network of independent professional linguists by serving as their primary "Success Partner" and internal advocate. This role focuses on bridging the gap between internal operations and external talent through community building, strategic support, and the delivery of a seamless, professional partner experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Talent Advocacy and Community Building: Serve as the primary liaison between our independent linguists and internal departments.
