Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Talent & Learning is responsible for driving the organisation’s talent management and OD / Transformation strategy, including leadership development, succession planning, talent identification, talent engagement initiatives as well as organisational transformation and development matters. This role will focus on implementing a talent framework that ensures a strong leadership pipeline, fosters top talent, and enhances overall organisational performance, taking close alignment to the refreshed organisation structure and development.
