Talent Management
- Support implementation of talent management frameworks aligned with Group HR and Singapore priorities
- Administer talent processes including talent identification, classification, and succession planning cycles
- Coordinate talent discussions with HRBPs and business leaders
- Track and maintain talent data, dashboards, and reporting insights
- Support development planning and interventions for identified talent pools
- Monitor progress and readiness levels of high‑potential employees
- Assist in preparation of materials for talent reviews and leadership discussions
- Support administration of graduate programmes (e.g., The Complete Banker, ASEAN Scholarship, Commercial Banking Apprentice Programme, etc.)
- Coordinate onboarding, rotations, and progression tracking for graduate hires
