Mission (About The Role)The Talent Management Intern will support the GSC International Talent Management team and gain exposure to how talent programs, leadership development initiatives, and talent processes are managed across a global supply chain organization spanning 27 countries.
During the internship, the intern will contribute to ongoing initiatives related to talent programs, program coordination, and talent insights. The role will also provide exposure to talent dashboards and key indicators used to monitor talent development and organizational initiatives across the International region.
This internship offers the opportunity to learn how global and regional Talent Management programs operate, while contributing to the documentation, tracking, and continuous improvement of key initiatives.
