- Support people-related projects including engagement initiatives, culture programmes, and organisational changes, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication across stakeholder groups.
- Act as a trusted partner to the business by listening to employee feedback, identifying themes, and translating insights into practical improvements to people operations.
- Analyse people data and trends, including headcount, attrition, and engagement, and present findings through clear dashboards and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy requirements.
