Your missions


  • Talent Organization Development (70%)Support the People Reviews and other Talent Committees preparation and follow-up (Data analytics, preparatory meetings with managers, etc)Participate in global Seating talent development initiatives (VIE talent pool follow-up, high potential sponsoring, etc) Support Seating global training plan design with DivisionsSupport the coordination and the follow-up of the Yearly Performance Review
  • HR Project Coordination (30%)Support Organizational transformation and Talent Organization DevelopmentParticipate in the implementation, coordination and communication of projects across the Business Group and the follow up with our DivisionsBe involved in ad hoc projects/missions
