Teya is growing rapidly and building strong high performing commercial teams is critical to delivering our growth ambitions. As a Talent Partner for our UK Operations, your mission is to support hiring across our Go‑To‑Market organisation including Sales, Partnerships and Customer Relations and other customer‑facing roles.
Your Team
You will be part of the UK Operations People Team, reporting to the People Partner and working closely with:
- Leaders across UK Operations who rely on you for hiring strategy and execution.
- People Partners and Talent Management, to keep role definitions and expectations aligned with Teya’s Career Framework and compensation principles.
