Talent Recruitment & Development Specialist
Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: $4000 + Performance Bonus
Contract Duration: 1 year renewable
Location: United Square/Toa Payoh
Working Hours: Mon – Fri; 9am – 6.30pm
Job Responsibilities- Liaise actively with various recruitment channels, including agencies, to identify and recruit suitable candidates.
- Maintain healthy recruitment pipelines by working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct effective sales training for new hires covering compliance and product-related content on a monthly basis.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions for existing salespersons to improve sales performance.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of monthly recruitment reports and other ad‑hoc reports.
