This role combines proactive scouting with strong talent judgment and a clear assessment methodology, helping shape succession pipelines, internal talent moves and longer-term leadership options across the enterprise. You bring credibility, curiosity and strong talent judgment. You know how to translate business priorities into focused scouting, robust assessment and practical talent recommendations.
