Duties and Resposibilities Recruitment Process Own the initial candidate recruitment experience in partnership with our onsite Talent Advisors. Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, jobs skills, and salary requirements. Provide information about the organization and position and promote our employer brand online and offline. Candidate Relationship Management Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, searches, and referrals. Understand and expand on seasonal/market condition trends and related staffing needs.
