This full‑time, on‑site role as a Talent Sourcing Associate is located in Taguig. The Talent Sourcing Associate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. Day‑to‑day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, assessing job requirements, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating candidate contracts, and supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The role also involves maintaining a database of potential candidates and staying updated on industry hiring trends.
