- Source and screen candidates using online platforms
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support recruitment and HR administrative tasks
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate of Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or related courses
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC
