JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Specialist (TS) works to successfully recruit teammates to join Indium Corporation. By utilizing & maintaining the on-line recruitment system, the TS is able to successfully screen applicants. Additionally, the TS will assist Supervisor to successfully build pipelines of talent including recruitment of exempt & non-exempt candidates as well as internal & external applicants to Indium Corporation. The TS is expected to establish and maintain positive relationships with external agencies and recruiting sources; implement best practices around recruitment and retention, and will be responsible to train others on those practices regularly, to ensure that Indium Corporation upholds its commitment to hiring a talented and diverse workforce.
