Job Overview
We are seeking friendly and energetic sales associates to join our team and provide a premium Harley-Davidson experience to guests.
Responsibilities
- Respond and engage with online and in-store sales inquiries using our CRM tool, online chat, email, text, phone, and social media.
- Film brief vehicle overview videos and send to guests for their motorcycle(s) of interest.
- Schedule guests’ showroom visits, test drives, and prepare their motorcycles prior to arrival.
