- 1 year renewable contract
- Tampines East MRT / Changi North
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM,
- Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
- Processing incoming customer orders from email and our business systems.
- Accurately updating shipment and inventory data.
- Preparing instructions for the warehouse team and coordinating daily tasks.
- Scheduling deliveries and creating essential shipping documents.
- Performing final checks to ensure accuracy and prevent delays.
- Communicating clearly with customers, delivery partners, and your colleagues.
- Keeping organized and compliant records for all transactions.
- Hands‑on experience in logistics, shipping, or order coordination.
- Practical familiarity with business or warehouse management systems.
