As part of Tangerine’s IT department, the Endpoint Systems Support Analyst provides critical technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. You will be expected to analyze and resolve request incidents effectively, applying your experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and JAMF. Your role will play a key part in maintaining security and performance across our IT systems.

• Assist with desktop and mobile endpoint support
• Implement security updates and patch management
• Manage hardware/software configurations across systems
