Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with shipowners and charterers to ensure adherence to charterparty terms and declaration deadlines
Monitor and manage daily voyage operations, routing, and cargo planning
Resolve issues promptly while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
Maintain accurate post-fixture records to support claims handling and audits
Provide operational support to Brokers, including timely data entry for financial and performance tracking
Be available for after-hours operational coverage as needed
What They are Looking For
Prior experience in shipping or cargo operations (wet/bulk/tanker preferred)
Knowledge of charterparty contracts, vessel specs, insurance, and legal terms
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Highly organised with attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
