Job Responsibilities
You will be part of the team implementing new products and all process‑related activities for products & packaging at the plant. Your responsibilities will include effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of projects, and support to BD&E specialists, engineers and plant technologists on projects related to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant. You will support productivity initiatives, improve processes and optimize ingredients. You will be the key plant contact for other functions such as Marketing, R&D and Procurement. You must ensure product/process development meets specifications, regulations and legal obligations. You will be involved in plant trials for new products or processes, supporting the reporting and analyses of trials.
Qualifications
- Strong operational & manufacturing experience in 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards.
