Job Description
Job Title ： Tax & Accounting Officer
Department: Reinsurance
Location：Shenzhen，China
Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end Special VAT Invoices collection process, including but not limited to,
+ Tax Amount reconciliation with clients using Aon system data
+ Prepare the VAT tax table and client’s VAT information for VAT Invoices collection
+ Send VAT Invoice request to reinsurers and collect the invoices before the due date
+ VAT Invoice checking and archiving (for those clients who require all VAT invoices to be fully collected before confirmation )
+ Communicate with clients and reinsurers for any tax query raised
+ Advise client and reinsurer on tax (VAT) related issues
+ Liaise with credit control team on workflow
+ Maintain a good tracking record to facilitate the VAT invoices collection
+ Any other accounting and reconciliation tasks assigned by manager
