Job Description

Tax Administrator Vacancy

Location: Sandton

Duties will consist of:

  1. Correspondence with SARS for various registrations and queries
  2. Correspondence with Clients
  3. VAT, Income Tax, PAYE registrations and de-registrations
  4. Nil IRP6's
  5. Nil ITR14's
  6. Nil ITR12's - provisional ITR12's - Salary earners
  7. ITR12T's - Trusts (Big part of the job)
  8. EMP501 reconciliations
  9. Tax Clearance Pins
  10. Handle SARS queries, online, via Zoom/Teams and onsite
  11. Be willing to learn from Senior Tax Consultants and assist them with day to day admin

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience in the following would be an advantage:

  1. Taxware
  2. E-Filing
  3. EasyFile
  4. Excel

Studying a Tax related degree. Be target and deadline driven.

Must have at least one year in a tax environment. (Very important) ...
