Your new role

As Delivery focused Tax Advisory Director, you’ll provide strategic,mercially focused tax advice across a varied client portfolio. Working closely with Corporate, Private Client and Real Estate teams, you’ll lead on:

Corporate transactions (M&A, restructurings, joint ventures)

Tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses

Employee incentives and share schemes

Property tax matters
